Stayed in Fatima as a pit stop on the way to Lisbon and we are so glad we did! Beautiful hotel, so clean, rooms a great size. Balcony a bonus, off road private parking, Central to The Sanctuary of Our Lady Fatima. Receptionist Juan was exceptional. On taking our booking, making sure we had everything we needed & giving us all the information on Fatima that we could need to make the most of our very short stay. Thank you! Much appreciated. Good value for money. Neat and clean. Not high quality beds but comfortable enough for a few nights (we stayed 3 nights). Sound insulation not the best but 2 of our 3 nights were not busy, therefore quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. Conveniently located. Off street parking available.
2 great thing I like of this hotel:
1) Reasonable price for a 3 star hotel comparing with rest with same stars or below or above. We took a room for 4 people.
2) the staff was very nice and room was good, nice view with a little terrace where we could watch the mountains.
We didnt add the breakfast because we like to eat outside generally

We had a wedding planned and needed rooms for our out of town guests. We booked with this hotel and arranged more than 20 rooms. This hotel was absolutely amazing, professional and the staff was so kind. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. Our guests were so happy staying here. We also were able to arrange a brunch and the food was out of this world. Thank you so much to Mr. Silva and his staff. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you need to arrange many rooms!
We visited Fatima for the first time. This hotel was perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is very clean and has a great breakfast.
The location is perfect. You can walk easily to the Sanctuary of Our Lady, yet just a block from the busier neighborhoods. It was an added bonus to add to the peace we were looking for.

This is a great hotel to stay. We have stayed here twice in 2009 and 2015. From this hotel's windows / galary one can see the bell tower of the Cathedral which makes a great view. The breakfast and room comfort is great. The owners are polite and courteous and you can always seeks assistance for directions to places of interest which can be done by walking around.
Nicol and Daniel are best in this hotel as receptionists and service is super fantastic,Room extremely clean, and location is very close to sanctuary area, Very lovely friendly staff and atmosphere,I'm coming back soon , highly recommend cozy hotel in lovely peaceful Fátima 🙏🕊️👍❤️
it is terrible. Her pool is close tou canot go i terase to enjoy the sun beacose thera are dust and they clean this about week and nothing hapening i am wery angry
